RETURNS POLICY


Returns

Jewelry may be returned for a full refund within 7 days after you receive the item. Only items in new, never worn condition will be accepted for full refund. Your account will be credited the amount of the item, less any shipping charges within 3 business days once we receive the return shipment. Items returned within 8-14 days after you receive the item will be issued store credit, less any shipping charges. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and unable to be exchanged. Rings that are ordered with a specific size are considered custom orders. All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Vastie Jewelry. Please contact vastiejewelry@gmail.com or call 410-971-3158 to obtain a return authorization number for your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure and pack it accordingly.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please notify us immediately if your package arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged we must be informed within 24 hours of the shipment’s delivery. While we take every measure to properly package our shipments, there are rare occasions when damages occur in transit. Please call us at 410-971-3158 and we will work with you to resolve this matter.

 

SHIPMENT TIMES

I make all of my own jewelry, so once the original piece sells, I make all pieces to order. Any items I have available will ship out within 24 hours. Any pieces I need to create will take between 7 and 10 days to ship depending on if I have the materials on hand, can get them locally, or have to place orders for them. If you know you need something by a particular date, email me first to see if I can get it to you in time. I will send you an e-mail once you place your order giving you an estimated ship date.
